Guests say

Treetops is a spacious and well-located ground floor apartment in Rhos-on-Sea, appreciated for its peaceful setting and as a base for exploring North Wales. Guests have praised the property's size, the scenic surroundings, and the responsiveness of the host. While some guests have reported issues with maintenance and a musty smell, the positive aspects such as the location and the accommodation's potential shine through.

Reviews indicate a mix of experiences regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property clean and tidy, while others reported a musty smell and a lack of deep cleaning. The owner's responsiveness to issues is noted, but the inconsistency leads to an average score.

The location is frequently praised for its quietness, proximity to local attractions, and the ease of exploring North Wales. The scenic and peaceful setting, along with good parking and accessibility, contribute to a high score in this category.

Guests have enjoyed the spaciousness and the comfortable main bed, but have raised concerns about the quality of the mattresses, particularly in the twin room. The presence of a musty smell also detracted from the overall comfort level.

Facilities such as Wi-Fi, a power shower, and kitchen appliances are appreciated, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues like broken beds, outdated appliances, and a need for refurbishment. The mixed feedback suggests room for improvement.

Some guests mentioned receiving a welcome pack and a bottle of wine, indicating the owner's thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not consistently reported and their absence was noted by some, the score reflects that such gestures, while appreciated, may not be guaranteed.

It is located in a lovely quiet cul de sac, ideal for a relaxing stay. It is well equipped and clean and the owner was helpful and responded quickly to any messages. It was also a great price and excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to friends and family.

But needs to be updated. New flooring in bathroom and the toilet also new flooring in the hall way and kitchen. New carpet needed in the living room. It would be good if the trees at the back of the house could be reduced to let more light in the living room also the kitchen units need replacing. If money is spent on this property and you could get more light in the living room it would be a lovely place.
