Treetops is a spacious and well-located apartment in North Wales, appreciated for its peaceful setting and as a good base for exploring the area. Guests have enjoyed the property's roominess, quiet location, and the thoughtful touch of a welcome bottle of wine. While some guests have reported issues with maintenance and a musty smell, the owner's responsiveness to concerns is noted.
Reviews indicate a mix of experiences regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property clean and tidy, while others reported a musty smell and a lack of deep cleaning. The owner's responsiveness to issues is acknowledged, but the inconsistency leads to an average score.
The location is frequently praised for being peaceful, quiet, and a convenient base for exploring North Wales. Proximity to local amenities and attractions like Rhos-on-Sea, Llandudno, and Conwy is appreciated, contributing to a high score.
Guests have found the beds and furniture to be a mix of comfortable and in need of replacement. The spaciousness of the property is a plus, but the presence of a musty smell and noise from neighbours has affected the comfort level for some.
Facilities such as the kitchen and bathroom are generally well-received, but several reviews mention the need for maintenance and updates. Issues with appliances and a damp smell have been noted, though the availability of amenities like Wi-Fi and a washing machine is positive.
The provision of a welcome bottle of wine is mentioned positively in several reviews, indicating a level of thoughtfulness. However, as not all guests may receive this gesture, it is noted that such gifts are a pleasant surprise rather than a guarantee.

But needs to be updated. New flooring in bathroom and the toilet also new flooring in the hall way and kitchen. New carpet needed in the living room. It would be good if the trees at the back of the house could be reduced to let more light in the living room also the kitchen units need replacing. If money is spent on this property and you could get more light in the living room it would be a lovely place.

Owner was very quick to respond and remedy a slight issue with the shower, and we encountered no problems during our stay.

The interior is tired and in need of an update particularly the toilet and bathroom. Attention to detail is poor, costumers and cushions on the suite.
