Eversley in Llandudno is a well-regarded holiday cottage, praised for its excellent location, comfortable beds, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, the thoughtful touches like a games room and welcome pack, and its suitability for large groups and families. While parking can be challenging, the property's proximity to amenities and the beach is a highlight.
Most guests found the property to be clean and tidy, with quality linen and towels provided. There were a few mentions of specific cleanliness issues, but these appear to be isolated incidents rather than a general trend.
The location is highly praised for being close to shops, the seafront, and local attractions. The only drawback mentioned consistently is the difficulty with parking, which is a common issue in popular areas.
Guests frequently mention the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the house, which accommodates large groups well. There were some concerns about heating and damp, but overall, comfort levels were rated highly.
The property is well-stocked and equipped with entertainment options like a games room. However, there were several comments about maintenance issues such as heating problems and small en-suite bathrooms, which suggests room for improvement.
While guests have mentioned a welcome pack and the provision of essentials, there is not enough information to determine if these are consistent offerings or one-off occurrences. Therefore, a score cannot be accurately provided, and guests should not expect these extras as guaranteed.

Spacious, well equipped and comfortable accommodation for our three generation family of 11 (plus the dog!) Roadside parking is a bit limited, but this is offset by terrific combination of quiet and scenic location (glorious views from the upper rooms) and 5 minute walk into Llandudno town centre and the pier. Thank you Ellen for forewarning us of works on the front wall, but it wasn't a problem - and the welcome pack was a very nice touch!

The house had everything we needed. It's in a great location, close to the town, pier and great walks. Highly recommended.
