We came with my parents who loved their king size bedroom with a beautiful sea view, while my wife and I loved the privacy of the top floor en suite double room - my wife adored the huge bath tub and made very good use of it. The kitchen had everything we needed, were so well equipped and we really appreciated the welcome pack. Llanfairfechan is the perfect location for exploring the area as there is so much to see and do, less than an hour in every direction. We visited the Great Orme and the promenade in Llandudno, picked up some amazing food in Conwy (L's Coffee, Edward's, Dylan's and Parisella's are all amazing) and then took a drive inland to Llanberis and visited the national slate museum which is unbelievably good value (free entry but donations are welcome!). Back to the apartment, I would thoroughly recommend it and will definitely consider returning. Gary, the owner, was really helpful prior to our stay, giving us peace of mind that we could reach out if there were any issues but, fortunately, there were not.

The location is brilliant - right on the sea front and a 5 min walk into the village. The A55 ( which didn’t disturb us at all) being so close meant we could explore the local area, Snowdonia and Anglesey with not journeys more than about 30mins which was great with two small children. The apartment was really spacious and left really clean for us. The kids had loads of room to play and at no time did we feel cramped! Gary was really helpful with his pre holiday call giving us lots of tips on the local area and things to do! We had a fantastic holiday!

Handy for Anglesey, Llandudno, Conwy, Zipwire, etc. plus lovely seaside walks locally. Modern, well equipped and clean. Nice owner on the phone. Loved the freestanding bath on the top floor but on balance we would have preferred 2 showers rather than 1 shower and a bath. The beds are all a bit soft for us, but this is personal preference. The recycle bins need some information saying what goes where. The pubs are friendly local drinking places. Restaurants in walking distance are scarce.Split Willow restaurant is very good but you need to book as they are not always open. The Seagrass place is more of a cafe and we never found it open. We can't believe that Sykes get £40 just for sending a few emails.
