Noah's Rest is a beautifully presented holiday home in Llandudno, praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and prime location close to local amenities. Guests have enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the added entertainment of a games room. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, the quick response to rectify problems was appreciated. The property's suitability for guests with disabilities has changed, so an update to the listing is suggested.
Guests consistently noted the property to be extremely clean, with only one mention of a damp smell in the playroom, which does not significantly detract from the overall high standards of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for being perfect, with everything close at hand, including the seafront, local shops, and attractions within walking distance. The proximity to a train station and parking availability are also noted advantages.
The property is commended for comfortable beds and sofas, and a cosy living room. However, some guests mentioned the need for non-slip mats in showers and better accessibility for those with mobility issues, which suggests room for improvement in comfort for all guests.
Facilities like a well-equipped kitchen and games room are appreciated, but some maintenance issues such as broken window locks, missing pool cues, and non-working TV remotes were reported. These were addressed promptly, showing good management.
While guests have enjoyed their stay, there is no mention of welcome gifts or special touches upon arrival, which makes it impossible to score thoughtfulness in this context. It is politely noted that such gestures are not guaranteed and vary by property.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!

We were very happy at Noahâs Rest. Just a few small things that could be improved. Needs a lock on downstairs wet room. Back door lock is very stiff. Smart TV needed in lounge.

A beautiful house, close to the centre of Llandudno with so amenities on the doorstep. We will be definitely using Sykes holiday cottages again. Thank you.

It far exceeded our expectations and was better than the photos. There was everything we needed included in our stay. The location is amazing and walking distance to all the attractions. Asda is a couple minutes walk away which was really handy. We canât fault our stay. Beautiful home in a beautiful place! It would be better if all the bathroom doors had locks on them, the games room had a little damp in it and there were missing pool balls. Some door handles were loose too. These are all small things that could be improved to make it 10/10. We canât wait to come back and would highly recommend!
