Guests generally appreciate the holiday rental for its great location, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome basket. The property offers stunning sea views and is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. While some guests mention traffic noise and ongoing building work, these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. The property is considered a good base for exploring North Wales.
Most guests found the apartment to be clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated comments about spider webs and dirty rugs. The positive remarks about cleanliness far outweigh the negatives, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and local amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring North Wales. However, some guests noted traffic noise due to the nearby expressway, which slightly impacts the score.
Guests describe the apartment as comfortable, cosy, and homely, with a few comments about the need for new mattresses and the presence of traffic noise. Overall, the comfort level is deemed satisfactory.
The apartment is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, but there are mentions of maintenance issues such as broken window latches and outdated decor. The presence of a building site next door also affects the score, although it is not a major issue for most guests.
Guests frequently mention the welcome basket and other amenities provided, reflecting the host's thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

The basement apartment was one of the biggest apartment we have stayed in. Really comfy, clean, everything you need in the kitchen. Parking was just outside the door, so great for just nipping in the car and get going to explore Wales.

Was such a great location to get around & explore the area. We used public transport for a few outings & l only used my car once to go further afield. The locals were very friendly in the two pubs in the village. The added bonus too was having the beach just around the corner which was such a gorgeous beach(apart from the masses of jellyfish)
