Upon arrival, we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of dampness. As we explored further, we found noticeable damp in several rooms, including the kitchen cupboards where cups and other utensils are kept. Additionally, my wife had to clean significant amounts of dust, spider webs, and damp marks from various surfaces. This was quite concerning, especially since our son suffers from a skin allergy, and these conditions are not conducive to his health. We chose your property based on the positive reviews and the expectation of a clean and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, our experience so far has not met these expectations.
