As you enter the property, you’ll find yourself on the first floor, which offers a reception lounge with sea views, a wheelchair-friendly shower and a double bedroom. Down half a flight of stairs is the ground floor, which houses a graceful pink lounge with more sea views, chandelier lighting, tasteful art and an open fire. Across the hallway is a bright ‘U’-shaped kitchen with coastal colours and shaker-style cabinets. After cooking a feast for your loved ones, tuck in around the wooden table in the dining room. There is also a utility room on this level. Find the remaining three bedrooms on the second floor – consisting of two doubles and a single with an additional pull-out bed. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio with furniture and sea views.
During your stay in Ogmore-by-Sea, you’ll have a cafe and restaurant nearby (less than 0.5 miles) while also being less than 1 mile away from the golden sandy Ogmore By Sea Beach – which is dog-friendly all year round. Take Fido for a sniff around the remains of the Norman stone Ormore Castle (2 miles) and wander along the River Ogmore. Stop by the Pant Mari Flanders Mediaeval Well (2 miles) and discover the various hiking trails on your doorstep – like The Bunny Run (1.5 miles) and Vantage Point (1.5 miles).
