The king-size bedroom has a stunning en-suite bathroom featuring beautiful modern fixtures combined with bespoke wooden furnishings and bright, azure blue tiles adding a splash of colour to the room. Enjoy a hot evening soak in the bath or hop under the deluxe rainfall shower. Downstairs you will find a deceptively spacious, open-plan living area with kitchen, bespoke fold-away breakfast bar and luxurious L-shaped sofa with a heart-warming woodburner to cosy up in front of. The living area has a charming stable door leading out to the private, almost secret, patio which boasts an abundance of plants and shrubbery. There is a rockery which features the original slate from the cottage itself for decoration and bright, fuchsia pink furniture on a raised decking area. Denbigh castle is a must-visit if you like historical fortress ruins and Snowdonia National Park, with its picturesque landscapes, stunning lakes and idyllic picnic locations is only a 30-minute drive away. Denbigh is perched on a steep hill above the town and surrounding countryside. It is a busy little town, with a variety of shops and pubs and a number of events including walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People's market. Within easy reach of Denbigh are the cathedral at St Asaph, the castle at Bodelwyddan, the seaside resorts of Prestatyn or Llandudno, and the historic city of Chester, over the border into England. The Snowdonia National Park is a short drive, with lakes, mountains, walking and cycling, while the Llyn Peninsula and beaches on the Isle of Anglesey are ideal for a day trip.
