Reviewers frequently commend the property for its spotless condition, indicating meticulous attention to cleanliness. The consistent mention of a clean and welcoming environment supports a high score in this category.
The property's location is appreciated for its proximity to local shops, the sea, and walking trails. However, a few guests noted traffic noise and the lack of a footpath to the pub, slightly affecting the score.
The comfort of the beds, sofas, and overall ambience of the cottage is highlighted in many reviews. A couple of mentions of soft mattresses and hard conservatory chairs slightly lower the score.

The owners, who live in the attached house, were very friendly and helpful giving us tips on dog friendly walks and offering us produce from their garden. We had a lovely week and are looking forward to going back again.
