Llangollen 1.5 miles. Resting in an elevated position just outside peaceful village of Llangollen, North Wales lies this gorgeous barn conversion, Barn 2. With magnificent views of countryside hills, this superb property makes an ideal base for a family holiday, any time of year. On arrival at the barn, park your car in one of two off-road spaces and make your way into your home-from-home for the trip. Enter the open-plan living space, sure to be the social hub throughout your stay, and take advantage of the kitchen, home to all the appliances you need to rustle up tasty meals for your loved ones. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table before sinking into the sofa to watch a film on the TV. The barn had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The pub food is not to be missed, but you may need to book at table as it's understandably popular. All the staff we really friendly and helpful and our dog had a great time too :) It is in easy reach of lovely walks from the barn into Llangollen along the canal with lots of little independent shops and cafes. The Aquaduct at Pontcysyllte is also worth a trip, the Chapel tea room is great for parking and refreshments or meals. Thank you
