Spacious open plan living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, some with log burning stove, (please check when booking – first supply of logs included). Modern fully fitted kitchen. First floor: One double with ensuite bath with overhead shower, one double and one with bunks. Bathroom with walk in shower. Large decking with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor hot tub. No pets.

Security Deposit
There is a £200 security deposit payable on arrival by card. If you do not have a credit card the deposit can be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure as long as no damage is caused.
Group Bookings/Party Types
No Contractors, builders, work parties, large groups, stag or hen parties are accepted at Penvale Lakes Lodges. This site is solely for leisure guests.'
Accommodation Information
Log Burners: Please be aware that not all lodges have a Log Burner however they all have central heating. They are only available in specific Birches Lodge VIP's, if this is important to you please telephone us to make your booking.
Facilities
The fishing lake has rainbow trout and the park holds its own fishing licence however fishing tackle is not provided.
