Facilities on site very good for a relatively small site - pool, steam room, sauna, gym plus four places to eat and drink. Very good value for money. Great area to explore in north Wales. We did miss having a hob or traditional oven but aware of this prior to arrival. Microwave (combi) and toaster available. Hot tub checks done daily by site staff but on two occasions we came back to the lodge to find the back access door had not been locked - despite having reported this on the first occasion to reception. Lovely break overall and would come back. Thank you

Hot tub was excellent but a gate to get into this for daily checks would have been nice rather than the maintenance people coming through our bedroom for access. Bars & restaurants on site are good. As lodges only have microwave, toaster & kettle a shop isn’t necessary but would have been handy to be able to purchase bread, milk & basics on site.

Small table would be good in seating area for placing drinks on of an evening. Washing up liquid not supplied which would have been useful. A recurring theme amongst all staff from each department seemed to be; friendly and helpful, regardless of if it was their area to support in. A fantastic ethos to encounter, it elevated our stay. The stay was in a league of it's own, due to fantastic staff and the gorgeous environment, with fittings and furnishings. We will be repeating the stay in the coming months. From the easy booking service through Sykes, to the return of our lifeguard keys, it felt like a luxury holiday.
