Guests say

Maestyddyn Farm House is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its spacious and comfortable rooms, each with an en suite. Guests enjoyed the property's amenities, including hot tubs, sauna, and games room. The secluded, peaceful farm setting offers a relaxing atmosphere, though some guests noted it's a bit of a drive to the nearest town and attractions. The owner, Eryl, is frequently mentioned for his friendliness and hospitality.

Most guests found the property to be immaculate and well-maintained, though a few noted minor issues with cleanliness in certain areas such as bathrooms. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, hence the high score.

The property's location is appreciated for its seclusion and peacefulness on a working farm, with beautiful views and proximity to nature. However, some guests mentioned it is quite a drive to the nearest town and main attractions, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests consistently praised the comfort of the property, highlighting the spaciousness of rooms, comfortable beds, and the luxury of having en suite bathrooms. The presence of underfloor heating and woodburners added to the cosy atmosphere.

The facilities, including hot tubs, sauna, games room, and outdoor areas, were highly regarded by guests. Some minor maintenance issues were mentioned, but these did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

While guests frequently mentioned the owner's friendliness and the welcome hamper, there are not enough reviews explicitly mentioning gifts to accurately assess the thoughtfulness category. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Eryl is a great host and lives close by in the farm. The house is as expected and ideal for our needs, with plenty of space for everyone. Some minor maintenance issues required attention, but nothing important. There is a nice walk possible from the house, about 7 miles long. Follow the bridleway to the village and then turn left up into the forrest, this circles back onto driveway to the house. We had a nice meal at the local pub, with free round of drinks on Eryl, thanks again Eryl for the kind welcome and round of drinks at the pub. Stuart & family.

It comfortably accommodated our party of 12 adults and 4 dogs, and provided the ideal setting for us to celebrate our gettogether enjoying the BBQ, hot tubs, and games room whilst also being able to take walks in the forest and the hillsides near by.
