Gwel Enlli is a well-regarded cottage in Aberdaron, praised for its stunning views, peaceful setting, and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the proximity to coastal walks and beaches, as well as the welcoming and helpful owners. The property is described as comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area.
The majority of guests have reported the cottage to be immaculate and spotlessly clean, with only one mention of an issue with dog hairs on a bedsheet. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experiences of the guests.
The location scores highly due to its peaceful setting with panoramic sea views, proximity to Aberdaron, and access to coastal walks. The tranquil and picturesque environment is consistently praised, although one review mentioned the sea being further than expected.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the conservatory room and comfortable beds. The property is described as warm and cosy, contributing to a relaxing stay. However, one guest mentioned a bed that moved on its base, slightly impacting the comfort score.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped and maintained. However, there were concerns about the garden not being fully enclosed and a serious issue with boiler fumes, which necessitated some guests leaving early, thus affecting the score.
While some guests mentioned receiving a warm welcome and lovely goodies, there are insufficient details to determine the consistency of such gestures. As gifts are not guaranteed and not all reviews reference them, a score cannot be accurately provided.
