Situated between Bangor and the Snowdonia National Park, Bethesda offers a selection of shops and other amenities, in particular a number of chapels and pubs. The scenery of Snowdonia borders Bethesda, with the Lôn Las Ogwen cycling and walking paths sweeping past. The coastal town of Caernarfon is just a short drive away as is the Isle of Anglesey and the Anglesey Coastal Path.
