You will also find a formal dining room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a quick lunch or an evening meal, no matter your self-catering needs. The ground-floor of 5 Bryn Llan is completed with an enclosed rear garden, private and secluded from the hustle and bustle with beautiful countryside views, a fitting space for your furry friends to stretch their legs whilst the rest of the family soak in some sunshine; a cloakroom is also featured nearby for ease. On the first-floor you will be greeted by three spacious bedrooms, including a super-king with balcony, offering spectacular views towards Dinas Dinlle beach, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, all with ample storage and proximity to the main family bathroom. Venturing to the second-floor, be surprised by an additional sitting room, with beautiful mountain views, acting as an additional living area featuring a Smart TV and sofa bed, and the ideal space for children to gather and play. Family-friendly attractions include visits to Pili Palas Nature World, Anglesey Sea Zoo, home to diverse marine life creatures, and Caernarfon Castle, recognised as one of the greatest buildings in the Middle Ages, and for the more adventurous Zip World, the world’s fastest zip wire. For those who love the outdoors, take a hike up Snowdon Peak, stroll around Ceunant Mawr Waterfall, or climb the rocky terrain of Glyder Fawr. Dolbadarn Castle, Airworld Aviation Museum, and the National Slate Museum are all a short journey away, fitting activities for those colder days in the Welsh countryside. Make so many memories with your loved ones at Awel-y-Mor in Gwynedd.

The county town of Gwynedd, Caernarfon, is a significant cultural and historical centre in North Wales. The town's 13th-century castle, town walls, and waterfront are all major draws for visitors. Castle tours and seasonal events like historical pageants are offered during the season. The Welsh Highland Railway, which travels through beautiful countryside, the town of Beddgelert, and on to Porthmadog, also stops here. From the harbour, you may embark on a fishing excursion, and within walking distance of the downtown area is Segontium, a Roman fort turned museum with a wealth of artefacts. Caernarfon is home to a plethora of restaurants and stores, and it's conveniently located near the beautiful beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as the mountains and rivers of Snowdonia and the famous climbing mecca of Llanberis at the base of Snowdon.
