The woodburing stove heats the cabin and your water. Your Cabin has an ensuite compost toilet and shower. Stargaze from the kingsize bed. Cosy and insulated cabin, perfect all year round. Walk into Caernarfon and visit the Unesco world heritage site of Caernarfon, with its many bars and cafes.

The cabin is nestled in its own prime position in the wildflower meadow overlooking the river.

Park in the designated spot and follow the mown path through the meadow.

This is an off grid glamping experience.

Hot water is heated by the fire, arrive early if you want an evening shower or outdoor bath. It takes a few hours to heat a tank full of water for the shower or the outdoor bath. On sunny days the immersion powered by the solar panel can be used to heat the water.

Lights and USB charging points are powered by a battery which is charged by the solar panels on the roof.

Cooking - There is a double ring alcohol hob

We enjoy DIY and have designed and made this accommodation special for you to stay.

We work on site so available if you need anything, otherwise we live 3 miles away from the cottage. I tend to send a message after first night to make sure you are ok and happy with the cottage. I do not come and knock on the door unless it is an emergence but please come and see us in the office or workshop if you need anything.

Set in 5 acres of private land along the River Seiont. The old slate works that made writing slates for schools.

Tesco is within walking distance.

Fron Goch Garden centre and cafe, south along the cycle track. 15min walk from the site.

Direct access to cycle track and within walking distance of Caernarfon Castle. Parking onsite. Space to park a boat if required.
