Guests say

Pen Y Graig is a well-received cottage in North Wales, praised for its cleanliness, stunning views, and prime location for exploring Snowdonia and the coast. Guests find it cosy, comfortable, and appreciate the warm welcome from the hosts. The property's charm is enhanced by its quirky decor and peaceful garden, making it a favourite for many who wish to return.

The cottage is consistently described as clean and spotless, with only one mention of a dirty oven slightly affecting the score.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful views, proximity to mountains, seaside, and local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Guests find the cottage cosy and comfortable, with special mentions of a comfortable sofa and bed. However, a few comments about the warmth distribution and steep stairs suggest minor comfort concerns.

The cottage is well-equipped, but some guests noted the lack of a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi issues, and basic kitchen utensils, which slightly lowers the score.

The hosts are noted for their thoughtfulness, including a quick response to a TV issue and a kind gesture of cake. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, guests should enjoy the experience without expectation of such.

Lovely location near the west coast beaches and Carnarvon with great views from the main bedroom, lounge area and front garden. We were unlucky with the weather but the little heater was very effective at taking away the chill in the evening.

It had everything we needed for a week's stay, an excellent view, and is perfectly located with many interesting spots within reach. Great collection of dvds and books, too. Only thing to ask for is some more basic kitchen material, ie, a few spices, something to make coffee. Had some raspberries from the garden instead :-)
