Hen Gapel Seion is a beautifully converted chapel offering modern comforts, a games room, and stunning views. Guests appreciate the welcoming touches, spaciousness, and the property's suitability for families and pets. While some minor maintenance issues and kitchen appliance sizes were noted, the overall experience is highly regarded with many looking forward to returning.
The property is described as very clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, suggesting high standards are maintained. However, without more detailed feedback, a perfect score cannot be justified.
The location is praised for its stunning views, proximity to beaches, and private parking. It is considered perfect by guests, with easy access to local attractions.
The property is consistently described as comfortable and well-equipped, catering to families and groups. The mention of a small oven, dishwasher, and fridge suggests some limitations for larger parties.
Facilities like the games room are a hit, but some maintenance issues have been reported. These seem to be minor and addressed promptly, but they do affect the overall experience.
Guests mention sweet welcoming gifts, which are appreciated, but as gifts are not consistently referenced across reviews, it is not possible to score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while delightful, are not guaranteed.

What a lovely place to stay but some maintenance issues which need to be addressed, which we have raised with Sykes and the owners, Steve the maintenance guy(who was great btw) arrived on the first day addressing a previous problem and did what he could The overall place is amazing with great facilities and fully stocked with what you need for a stay Games room was a big hit too Apart from the maintenance issues we enjoyed our stay
Katherine
However there were a number of maintenance issues which we reported and will be following up with an email direct. Would have rated 9/10 had it not been for the maintenance problems.

When we walked in and saw it still retained some of the features from the existing chapel and how bright and open the living area was we were blown away. The doors to the large garden area folded right back and gave you a sense of freedom as you looked at the roaming hills behind, and immediately you felt relaxed. It got even better with the games room. It had a pool table and projecter which most nights we would would project music videos from YouTube whilst enjoying a drink and a game of pool. The beaches around the area were magnificent and just around 15-20min drive in eaither direction and a secluded beach just a walk away as well, which our dog loved. We had a couple of nights were we watched the sun set and go down over the sea from the large windows in the living area, which was magnificent. It was very clean and we were pleasently surprised with the Welsh cake and Proseco waiting for us when we got there. All in all, a perfect holiday and we will be will definitely be returning
