With its warming interior and excellent location, it is the perfect bolt hole for a romantic couple’s retreat. Alternatively, use this as your base for touring Snowdonia. Hafod's reverse level accommodation means that you enter into its exquisitely decorated king-size bedroom, complete with charming furnishings and a lavish en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. Take a walk up the staircase and into the comforting open-plan living area complete with rustic wooden beams. It comes with two wonderful reclining armchairs set in front of a fabulous multi-fuel stove and a Smart TV to sit and watch with a nice warm drink. The kitchen area sets you up for your break with all of the equipment that you'll need. Y Felinheli provides you with a selection of places to eat and buy your groceries, as well as the thrilling Greenwood Forest Park for those of you young at heart. From here you can explore this fabulous area of North Wales, from the dramatic scenery and activities of the Snowdonia National Park to the charming destinations of Caernarfon and Bangor which make for excellent days out. Take some time to venture to Anglesey, an unspoilt island with something for everybody, including the medieval town of Beaumaris, the gorgeous coast and attractions like Anglesey Sea Zoo. Y Felinheli is on the Menai Strait between Caernarfon and the city of Bangor. Home to a marina, this village also has two pubs, a restaurant, a café, a shop and Post Office. Visitors to this region are spoilt for choice, Snowdonia, the Llyn Peninsula, and the Isle of Anglesey are all within easy reach.
