Communal area also not best. Once we had got up three flights of stairs inside the flat was very welcoming, spacious and light. Seating and bed were very comfortable although bedding although clean was very tired, which I reported in the visitor comments book. Parking was extremely tight. We have experienced far superior rentals with you previously. Criccieth was an excellent location and we will return there but not to that property.

Once inside everything was neat tidy and clean .A comfortable stay lovely sea views . It would have been nice after such a long journey to have had the basics to make a drink i.e milk tea coffee and maybe a biscuit but sadly there wasn't anything. The television was not great quite small which on its own would not be a great problem but there are about 4 bright spots on the screen permanently there, this has been mentioned before by previous people. Also the torch to light the way downstairs in the event of a fire was not working. Obviously I hope this will be addressed asap Apart from negatives mentioned we enjoyed our stay and the weather was quite kind to us
