The property is appreciated for its spaciousness, modern furnishings, and inclusion of games and books, making it an enjoyable stay despite occasional weather setbacks.

Most guests found the property to be tidy and well-presented. However, one review mentioned subpar cleaning and suggested quality control improvements, which slightly lowers the score.

The property is repeatedly described as comfortable and spacious, with modern furnishings and a cosy atmosphere, suggesting a high level of guest comfort.

Reviews highlight the property as well-equipped, with a variety of games and activities. The mention of thoughtful items for children contributes positively, though no specific mention of maintenance issues or gifts prevents a perfect score.

We all loved the boatyard. The house was very fresh, well appointed and well equipped. It’s an ideal location for Abersoch town, beach and the Warren Beach.

    Property location was great.

The house was good, equipped with lots of thoughtful items for small children including books and games. We thought the price quite high, but it seemed good on the website and it was good, the value marred by the quality of the cleaning. The cleaning was not very good - late in attending meant an hour's delay in us being able to access the property. 5pm is bad enough but 6pm is beyond it, and then to find no toilet rolls was not good...the property management company reacted quite quickly and supplied 4 toilet rolls. The agents on Monday asked the cleaners to come back in.... we think they did because there was a strong smell of bleach when we opened the front door, but clumps of hair remained on the floor in the small bedroom so clearly not vacuumed through, which was the main reason for the cleaners returning. At this point we decided to continue and enjoy the holiday. Quality control on cleaning would be advisable.
