Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the cottage for its cosy atmosphere, stunning views, and peaceful location. The property is well-equipped, clean, and maintained, with a garden that's both a suntrap and suitable for pets. Hosts Lisa and Willem receive commendation for their warm hospitality. While the cottage is generally comfortable, some guests noted the furniture might not suit everyone, particularly the elderly.

The cottage is repeatedly described as clean and spotless, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, beautiful scenery, and proximity to Abersoch, with spectacular views and a sense of retreat.

Most guests find the cottage cosy and well-furnished, though there are some concerns about the suitability of the furniture for the elderly, suggesting room for improvement in comfort for all guests.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being well-equipped. However, a mention of a small kitchen suggests that while adequate, the facilities may not be spacious.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

The kitchen is well equipped but a little small. You can see the sea from both sides if the peninsula from the garden. Very welcoming hosts and an ideal place for touring the peninsula.

Seaviews, mountains and countryside as well as wonderful sunsets. The hosts make you feel welcome giving lots of useful information. I would thoroughly recommend for a truly memorable holiday.

  • Susan

Well equipped and really very cosy, even with four adults. The views from the Cottage are fabulous and the garden was a great suntrap.
