Set on one level and savouring elevated sea views, this is an idyllic setting for a family or group of eight’s seaside adventure. The whitewashed dwelling boasts ample off-road parking for both cars and boats, where you can leave your vehicle before ascending the stairs to this fantastic abode. The living/dining room is a charming space where you can warm yourself up by the fire after a day at sea, before unwinding on the sofas in front of the TV where you have access to a range of Sky channels; the space additionally showcases spectacular views of the sea and distant Eryri (Snowdonia). The kitchen/diner is nearby and sports pretty, coastal colours throughout whilst also featuring a selection of fantastic appliances to rustle up delicious meals with, as well as your laundry facilities. Enjoy a meal at the kitchen’s own dining table for two, or with the rest of the group at the living/dining room’s stylish dining area; why not head out to the side terrace where outdoor seating is available, surrounded by glass-panelled fencing so you can take advantage of the encompassing vista. In the evening, choose between four bedrooms to rest in, the first one being an impressive king-size with silky, floral décor, access to the terrace and an en-suite shower room, further along you will find a pretty double that benefits from a built-in wardrobe, a stylish twin room with a vanity so you can prep for the day in style, and finally, a children’s twin room that features its own TV and Xbox with several games. Travel to Abersoch to spend the day surfing and sailing along the coast from Abersoch Main or Abersoch Harbour Beach, before visiting the ample independent shops lining the high street and stopping for a bite to eat at the seafront restaurant, The Cove. A delightful outing awaits in Llanengan, where you can hike through the Hillfort and onto the Llŷn Coastal Path, stop for a drink or meal at the popular Sun Inn pub, bask in the sun on Hells Mouth Beach, or continue along the coast to discover the quaint, historic manor of Plas yn Rhiw. Llanbedrog, Aberdaron and Pwllheli are all within easy reach and make for fantastic outings, with beaches, nature-rich activities and stunning sights to sea; be sure to travel to the western side of the peninsula to discover even more picturesque towns and villages. There are steep exterior steps leading up to the front of the property that may not be suitable for those with limited mobility although there is wheelchair / pushchair access to the rear of the property by means of a sloped path at the side.
Important: The owners feel it is only fair to draw guests attention to the fact that a neighbouring property is having some building work done so there may be slightly more ambient noise than normal; it is anticipated that the work will be completed by early Spring 2025.

Lots of attention to providing necessary equipment.with updates as necessary since last summer. Clean and fresh. Wonderful to have regained the views. I would prefer to provide my own linen. Could that be offered as an option ?
