They began work at 7am, I did speak with them but it did not stop.Bed in ground floor room really uncomfortable, a new mattress would be good. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. You were informed sat morning and we were told to go back to the house and put key in the key safe. Someone then contacted at 5pm to confirm issues and discuss with owner. Informed to buy own toaster to get reimbursed which was not convenient. We were given next doors Wi-Fi password which only worked in one room of the house. Bed in bedroom on first floor is very uncomfortable! Apartment is generally tired and shabby. Looks much nicer on the pictures than in real life. Downstairs guests also kept us up until 4:15am one night with loud music. Disappointing experience all round

Leak under the kitchen sink, uncomfortable bed in first floor bedroom, struggled to get the hob working due to dirty connection on surface. Very noisy location - noise from the street outside. Lots of steep stairs - not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility.
