The property boasts ample off-road parking on a private driveaway, where you can leave your vehicles before being welcomed by a contemporary open-plan living space. The room boasts a vaulted ceiling and large glass doors, giving the room a light and airy feel. After a day at the beach, curl up on the L-shaped sofa in front of the TV as you choose between the selection of Sky shows available; switch on the electric fire to warm yourselves up. The kitchen showcases high-gloss fittings, along with ample integrated appliances, including a handy built-in microwave and dishwasher. After the foodie of the group has rustled up a nourishing meal, settle down around the dining table with your loved ones and savour dinner as you plan your holiday itinerary. When sleep calls, choose between three well-presented bedrooms to rest in, a double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms with a TV that are suitable for the kids or extra friends. The twins enjoy access to a sleek bathroom, where you can relish a well-earned rest amongst the bubbles in the bath. The enclosed decking hosts an array of furniture, including a dining table and barbecue, so you can savour grilled delights during the warmer weather. The beach is just a stone’s throw away and makes for an idyllic morning or afternoon. However, if you’re looking for activities close-by, venture into the park to discover a Spa, Technogym, swimming pools, and so much more. A short drive takes you to the picture-postcard village of Abersoch, where two more delightful beaches, an abundance of eateries, independent shops and a fantastic golf course await. Llanbedrog is a short distance from the park and is home to the popular Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery, the friendly Glyn Y Weddw Arms, a beautiful beach with a bar and trails weaving through the woodland and heathland. Why not embark on the Llŷn Coastal Path, where you can discover the wonders of the Mynydd Mawr and Porthdinllaen headlands, Plas yn Rhiw, quaint seaside resorts and picturesque coves, to name a few. A relaxing coastal escape awaits you at The Warren L9.

However the owners and/or Menai need to do a lot better sorting out the arrangements for the entry barriers and letting barriers. To leave it to the renters to sort out when they arrive is not on. The Warren are getting very difficult about this now and one of these days someone will turn up and not be able to get in or at least not use the facilities . The Warren is fantastic but clearly now geared towards owners not renters .

What a fantastic property absolutely everything you might need has been thought of. Beautifully decorated throughout and we absolutely enjoyed every minute. The position of the property is wonderful. Literally a few steps to the beach and my elderly parents could also access the beach from the boat launch entrance. We have already looked ahead to May 2024 but unfortunately it appears already booked! We will keep our fingers crossed availability might change because what a fabulous stay we had even the sun came out!

The Warren complex is brilliant, with amazing spa (separate and charged additionally), indoor and outdoor pools, gym, games room, lovely restaurant and beach - which is excellent for walks, watersports and paddling. (The next door beach - Llanbedrog is fabulous for swimming and has great beach bar/cafe) The mini-market on site has all the essentials - including a good selection of wine! The Sandbar restaurant is very good, and has lovely views of the sea. The staff at spa, pools, shop and spa were all really friendly and helpful. The chalet itself is excellent - very well furnished, with comfy beds, lots of kitchen equipment, good storage and lovely outside decking. I was very pleased and impressed with it - and have no negatives about it. It is very close to beach down a sandy (quite steep) path opposite the chalet or just 5 or so mins to gentle slop by the Sandbar restaurant. It is central within The Warren complex, so it is close to amenities - pool, shop, spa, restaurant etc. The chalet has its own parking right next to the chalet, which is good too. We were there outside school holidays, on a typical Welsh weather week in July (hot, sunny, windy, rainy, stormy!) and the Warren was not busy then, though I believe from talking to people onsite it can be busy and full of life in hot weeks and school holidays. I would definitely stay here again... and fully intend to. :)
