Guests say

The Warren U5 in Abersoch is a property with mixed reviews, praised for its great location and personal touches. Guests have enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the outdoor pool area. While some maintenance issues have been noted, the owner's responsiveness and the property's overall charm have left many guests looking forward to future stays.

Reviews indicate that the property is generally clean and tidy upon arrival. However, there have been isolated complaints about outdoor cleanliness, including cigarette ends and dog mess, which suggests room for improvement.

The location is consistently praised for being excellent, with easy access to the beach and privacy. The outdoor pool area and proximity to local amenities have been highlighted as particularly positive aspects.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. However, there are reports of a sagging double bed and a low sofa that was not suitable for an elderly guest, indicating that comfort levels may vary.

While the property is well-equipped and has had some issues rectified, there are several mentions of maintenance needs, such as faulty lights, broken shower tiles, and non-working appliances. The owner's willingness to address these issues has been noted.

    Would definitely stay here again.

Martin (the owner) was very helpful in preparing us for our visit to The Warren and we had no problems in finding and entering the accommodation. We were lucky with the weather but a perfect location for a couple with 2 dogs to just relax and unwind for a few days in a beautiful location. We will definitely return and thank you to Martin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property!
