This beautifully converted cottage located in the hills by the village of Chwilog, just a short distance from the Llyn Peninsula's glorious beaches, is an elegant base for a family wanting to explore this stunning area. The sleeping accommodation in the property consists of a twin room and two doubles, the master of which also boasts an en-suite shower room. The rest of the property offers a modern kitchen with dining area and a spacious sitting room populated by comfortable sofas and tasteful furnishings. This room also boasts a wonderful window seat that overlooks the shared gardens and the sea behind it. Can be booked with property 982192 and 982193, together they sleep 16.
Chwilog is a peaceful little village on the Llyn Peninsula, near the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The Afon Wen river flows through the village and down to the sea, which is just one mile away. Criccieth is a short drive away and is a delightful seaside town with a 13th century castle sat on a rocky outcrop with wonderful views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the towns two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Visit Abersoch, an attractive harbour village situated between two glorious bays. It is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Hell’s Mouth.
