Guests say

Fron Fawr is a well-received cottage in Nefyn, praised for its stunning sea views, spaciousness, and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the peaceful surroundings, ample garden space, and the property's proximity to beaches and local attractions. While some noted issues with heating and the rugged access track, the overall experience is one of comfort and enjoyment in a beautiful Welsh setting.

Most guests reported the cottage to be impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, a few guests encountered cleanliness issues, such as floors not being up to standard upon arrival, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful sea views, proximity to local amenities, and the peaceful setting. The challenging access track is noted, but does not significantly detract from the overall positive reception of the location.

Guests found the property spacious and the conservatory comfortable, especially when the sun was out. Some guests mentioned the beds and sofas could be more comfortable, and issues with heating were raised, slightly affecting the comfort score.

The property is well-equipped with kitchen facilities and a washing machine, which families found practical. However, the lack of Wi-Fi and some maintenance issues, such as problems with showers and insufficient lighting in the conservatory, have impacted the score.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews. Therefore, while the property seems well-equipped for a comfortable stay, there is insufficient information to score thoughtfulness based on the provided criteria.

the house was very clean and tidy . its a very quiet and peaceful property, the start of the walk up the garn boduan (mounting right behind house) is right beside the house so if you like hiking then definitely recommend that on a clear day. the last part of the road leading to the property is a narrow farm track so definitely not suitable for a low sports car but easily got on ok in my BMW estate car but it does state this in the property listing. would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends, 5 stars *****

The start was a little disappointing as the house had not been cleaned when we arrived, and then we had to stay away for a couple of hours while it did get cleaned which was not ideal after a long journey with 5 year old. Apart from that the house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I especially liked the conservatory with its views. The track up to the house is very rough which didn’t bother us, but if you have a fancy car you might wince!
