Great situation, close enough to Porthmadog, and public transport for coastal walks on the Llyn Peninsula, also easy access to the Snowdonia range.

Not only is there the main bay, but lots of other very sandy beaches just a short walk away, plus a woodland nature reserve on the side of the hillside. We loved it. Glyn Terrace felt like staying at an elderly relatives house, which had been updated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Everything worked well and it was cosy and warm, even when the wind was howling. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. We particularly loved the view of the distant mountains, across the bay, from the dining room table.

Short walk to a choice of dog-friendly beaches. Lovely nearby woods. The cottage is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The barbecue works well. We enjoyed eating out in the garden most evenings on cosy garden settees. No.6 Glyn Terrace provided us with a memorable family holiday
