Guests say

The Harbour Suite in Porthmadog is praised for its cleanliness, prime location, and well-equipped nature, offering a convenient base for exploring Snowdonia. Guests appreciate the proximity to shops, restaurants, and seaside, as well as the thoughtful inclusion of entertainment options for rainy days. Some concerns were raised about comfort and maintenance issues.

Guests consistently note the property is well-kept, clean, and tidy, with only minor comments on the need for some crockery replacements.

The property's location is highly praised for being central, with easy access to local amenities, restaurants, and the seaside, making it ideal for exploring the area.

While the property is generally well-received, several guests mention uncomfortable beds and pillows, and some concerns about the suitability of the access steps for children or those with mobility issues.

The apartment is appreciated for being well-equipped, though there are reports of maintenance issues such as a non-functional gas fire, a problematic toaster, and a bathroom door that doesn't close.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that go beyond the provision of entertainment options like DVDs, books, and games, so it is not possible to score this category.

Fabulous location, well equipped, comfortable and clean.

It was a struggle carrying luggage up the steps, and the description is not really accurate. This access is definitely not suitable for everyone, or for children under 8 or 9 years. It would be dangerous in my view to try to carry younger children up as the steps are steep. The description should be amended to provide a warning about the steps. Otherwise A quite pleasant well situated flat. Lovely views. Clean and well equipped but some of the crockery was chipped so replacements needed. Little storage space, no wardrobe hanging for clothes. Beds not very comfortable and cannot close door in the twin bedroom, bedding well used but clean. Would be a squash for 4 adults. Try the Australia pub for food, limited other places.

There was plenty of parking around our location & a short walk to the high street. I would highly recommend.
