Cefn Isaf is a well-received cottage in North Wales, praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and tranquil setting. Guests appreciate the property's rural charm, comfortable furnishings, and the thoughtful touches provided by the housekeepers. While some find the access track challenging and the check-in/out times inconvenient, the majority of reviews reflect a positive experience with many looking to return.
The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotless' and well-maintained by the housekeepers. This consistent praise across reviews justifies a high score.
The location is generally appreciated for its beauty and tranquility, with guests loving the rural setting and proximity to local attractions. However, some concerns about the steep and rough access track slightly lower the score.
Comfort is frequently highlighted, with guests finding the property spacious and the furnishings comfortable. The presence of modern conveniences like super fast broadband and smart TV also contribute to a high comfort level.
Facilities are well-regarded, especially the kitchen and entertainment options. Some guests suggest improvements like better-equipped kitchens and modernised TVs, which indicates room for enhancement.
While guests mention thoughtful gestures such as fresh flowers and a warm welcome, there is not enough consistent detail about gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Clean. Everything you would want. Housekeepers always helpful. The only think I dont like is the drive up to the property as itâs steep and bumpy.

Only wished we had booked two weeks!!

Clean, bright, well equipped and spacious. The track to the cottage should have been highlighted much more in the description. It is steep and tricky. The low beams in the upstairs room should also have been highlighted.
