Guests consistently praise the property for its cleanliness, well-equipped nature, and peaceful location. The proximity to the beach and local amenities is appreciated, as are the thoughtful touches like Welsh cakes and board games. Some guests noted the comfort of the beds and the quality of kitchenware could be improved, but overall experiences were very positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
The property is frequently described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests highlighting its spotless condition. There was a minor mention of cleanliness not being up to standard on one occasion, but this seems to be an exception.
The location is highly regarded for its quietness and convenience to the beach and town. Some guests were disappointed with the accuracy of the description regarding local amenities, but the proximity to attractions was generally seen as a positive.
Many guests found the property comfortable and spacious. However, there were comments about the softness of the beds and the lack of comfortable cooking equipment, which suggests room for improvement in this area.
Facilities like the table tennis table and outdoor spaces are well-received. Criticisms include the need for better kitchenware and an update on some household items. The heating schedule and shower facilities were also points of contention for some.
Guests appreciated the thoughtful extras such as board games and Welsh cakes. While these gifts are mentioned positively, it is important to note that such extras are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for every stay.

We were quite disappointed with the back garden as it could do with a makeover several slabs were uneven and could be quite dangerous, most of the garden furniture needs replacing as seating was broken in the middle and others were covered in rust. As we had some lovely sunny days I thought it best hang out the washing but the fixtures on the wall were broken. It doesnât mention that the back garden backs onto the main road which can be quite noisy with speeding traffic, it would be far better if the council could fit speeding humps along this road.

The bungalow offers all the main comforts you could wish for. We visited Aberdaron, Criccieth and Beddgelert where we had an excellent Sunday roast at the Saracens Head Hotel. The bungalow is in an ideal position for walking to the beach and we can recommend it for an enjoyable family break. Sheila, Flintshire.

It was very clean and well equipped. The rear garden was suitable for my autistic granddaughter. Not over stimulating and fussy. The owner was very helpful and kind. Would definitely go again.
