Guests are consistently impressed with the property, praising its stylish decor, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop decking offers splendid views and is a highlight in warmer weather. The property's cleanliness and maintenance are frequently commended, and the welcome hamper is a much-appreciated touch. While some guests mention road noise and parking considerations, these are minor compared to the overall positive experience and the property's convenience for exploring the local area.
Reviewers consistently note the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean', 'spotlessly clean', and 'well maintained'. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the guests' positive experiences.
The location is generally well-received for its proximity to the town centre, beach, and as a base for exploring the wider area. Some guests, however, note the presence of traffic noise and the town's limited selection of bars and restaurants.
Comfort is a strong point for this property, with multiple reviews highlighting 'super comfy beds', 'comfortable living area', and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The property's layout over three floors is something to consider for those with mobility issues.
Facilities are highly rated, with mentions of a 'fabulous, well-equipped kitchen', 'beautiful furnishings', and a 'generous hamper'. Some minor feedback includes the desire for additional kitchen items like a teapot and colander, and difficulty with the cooker hood controls.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident from the welcome hamper filled with local goodies, which guests found delightful. It should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

We have really enjoyed our much needed family break here from the welcome hamper and super comfy beds to the high quality facilities provided. Being able to park for free on the road outside the accommodation (in the marked area along each side of the road) was great. In fact we didn't have any issues getting a space in front of the entrance porch for the entire week. As the road is one of the main routes into Pwllheli, there was some road noise and a top tip is to tuck in your wing mirror when parked up. Outdoors, the raised decking area was an added bonus which we look forward to making use of when we hopefully will return with more favourable weather. The owner certainly cares that guests have a memorable stay and the place was spotlessly clean. One of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying in and we loved Pwllheli too so thank you!

We especially liked the art which we only realised as our stay went on that it was related to the surrounding area. Beautiful part of Wales to explore and it was a joy to return to the comforts of the property afterwards. Highly recommend thank you.

Had everything we needed and good location for walking into Pwllheli. No problems with parking (two cars). Would recommend
