Guests appreciate the open-plan design, cosy log burner, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer. While some maintenance issues are noted, the owner, Alun, is regarded as attentive and helpful. The property's central position contributes to some noise, but this is often offset by the convenience and charm of the area.

Reviews indicate a generally satisfactory level of cleanliness, though some guests have suggested improvements could be made. There are occasional mentions of areas where attention to detail could enhance the overall cleanliness.

The apartment's location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, shops, and local eateries. Its central position in the village of Aberdaron is considered one of its strongest assets.

The apartment is well-equipped with essential appliances and a wood burner. Nonetheless, guests have reported maintenance issues such as problematic windows and plumbing, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

Clean and well equipped only thing missing no kitchen scissors. Also two windows will still not open. Alun is a kind and attentive host. Hope to go back.

There are also 2 great pubs, a bakery, cafe and shop. Kitchen has everything you need. Couldn't get tvs working in the bedroom, but didn't bother us as we were out every day. TV in the living room is a smart TV with good Internet signal. We will be back.

Gave it a 4 star on maintenance because there is an unresolved damp issue and paint was falling off some walls. Agree with other comments that there is quite a bit of noise, both from the street and from another flat on the other side of a locked access door. However, overall a great little flat in a fantastic location.
