Guests say

Hendy Cottage is highly praised for its cosy charm, peacefulness, and beautiful surroundings. Guests appreciate the tranquillity, the proximity to Snowdonia and the coast, and the cottage's character. While some mention low ceilings and access challenges, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction and a desire to return.

Reviews consistently mention that the cottage is clean and well-maintained, with guests expressing satisfaction with the cleanliness upon arrival.

The location is celebrated for its peace, quiet, and beautiful views, with easy access to local attractions. Some guests note the remoteness and narrow lanes as considerations.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable, noting the cosy log burner and comfortable bedding. However, a few guests mention the cottage being cold or the beds being hard.

Facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and useful outdoor seating. Some guests suggest improvements such as misted glass for privacy and a pint glass addition. The lack of a bath and issues with garden security for pets are noted.

While some guests mention a welcome pack with treats like Welsh cakes and wine, there are not enough references to consistently evaluate the thoughtfulness across all reviews. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such gifts are not guaranteed.

Super comfy bed and sofas to come back to after a day out exploring the Llyn peninsula. Loved the pretty garden, it is so private, quiet, only highland cattle for neighbours. Would highly recommend
