Tucked away in the beautiful harbour village of Abersoch, Pwllheli, is this fantastic four-bedroom, semi-detached house, Hillcroft. This family-friendly abode offers a family or group of seven, plus their canine companion, a perfect base just moments away from the beach and the local amenities. Leave your vehicle on the driveway with space for two cars, before being greeted by a large front lawn with seating, perfect for savouring your morning coffee whilst the little ones and your four-legged friend play. Step into the kitchen/diner, where you will find all you need to conjure up delicious feasts for your loved ones, ready to enjoy at the dining table over a celebratory bottle of fizz. Just off the kitchen, you will find a handy utility/cloakroom, housing a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine for your convenience. If the weather is nice, why not fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco out on the rear decking? As the evening grows dark, retire to the sitting room, featuring a large bay window with views over the garden, where you can relax on the plush seating in front of your favourite show on the Smart TV, as the gas fire adds a gentle warmth and glow to the space. Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can wash off sandy toes in the well-appointed shower room, before catching your rest in one of four well-presented bedrooms, three doubles and a single, all with plenty of storage for your belongings. Pack-up your bathing suits, swimming trunks and beach towels and head straight for the glorious sands of Abersoch Beach, here you can bathe, paddle the shores or try your hand at the locals favourite sport of wakeboarding. Abersoch is a beautiful fishing community located on the Llyn Peninsula, an area of Wales known for its breathtaking scenery and diverse hiking trails.. Summer regattas are hosted in the village nestled between two beautiful bays, making it one of the most popular sailing destinations in North Wales. Tourists may find a wide variety of places to eat, drink, and shop. There is a golf course just outside the village, and horseback riding is also accessible in the immediate area. Surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) is also a popular pastime, as is windsurfing, waterskiing, and dinghy sailing, among others. The most popular beach in the vicinity, Abersoch Main Beach, is a lengthy stretch of sand. With its high cliffs and lovely beaches, Porth Ceriad and Porth Oer, the Llyn Peninsula's surrounding area has a lot to offer beachgoers ("Whistling Sands").     It's in a fantastic location and really well equipped for families with or without children. All the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The house had a lovely feel to it and brought back memories of childhood summers spent in Abersoch. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back.
