We had a really great holiday in 2 Sea View, Sept 2024. 4 adults, toddler, baby and dog. Providing an Ikea high chair with tray and plastic plates and bowls was really great, but note no travel cot available. Bath/shower in upstairs was brilliant, lots of hot water, good water pressure. Note that the handrail/balustrade upstairs is relatively low, fine for our 2 yr old but you might want to watch out for a taller young child. Otherwise house pretty child friendly (6 month and 2.5 yr old) for young kids. Kids and dog liked the garden but note that it is not secure, however access to road is only at extreme ends of garden. Hose at front to wash down beach gear was really helpful. We loved being so close to the beach (mix of sand, pebbles and rock pools at low tide) and having the push chair friendly walk/cycle way to Saundersfoot was such a bonus.
