Guests say

Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and the quiet, convenient location of the cottage. The property is noted for its spaciousness and cleanliness, with a new-looking kitchen. The garden is large and the bungalow is in proximity to beautiful coastlines. Some guests mentioned the need for refurbishment and maintenance issues.

The property is generally described as clean, with a spotless kitchen and utensils. However, there are mentions of a smell and the need for exterior window cleaning, which slightly detract from the overall cleanliness.

The location is praised for being quiet and convenient for accessing various places of interest. The proximity to beautiful coastlines is a highlight, although one guest was concerned about narrow roads.

The beds are described as comfortable and the bungalow as spacious. However, issues with hot water supply and a dated feel to the property suggest room for improvement in overall comfort.

The kitchen is well-received, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as the need for refurbishment, unreliable hot water, and garden upkeep. These factors indicate that while some facilities are good, others require attention.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owner towards the guests, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

7 West Haven was not good as we enter there was a smell of cat wee and had to buy some air fresheners.. Plus the state of the main bedroom was not very good . There was mould in the toilet seat the corner of the room just above the window so as my wifie is asthmatic she could not sleep in there. The toilet seat is wooden and the paint is coming off which is a health hazard plus there green on the copper pipes. All together the bathroom need upgrading. Next there was no instruction on recycling when to put the food bin out so I left it. I text the owner what I had done at the end of the day I will not be returning there again . I have images of the state of the place.

The owner came straight down when we had a problem with the heating, and was so helpful. It's only small drawback is that my precious car had to sit out on the road with large tractors passing close by, I had not realised the road outside would be so narrow. My car did survive, so no problem.
