The welcome gift of Bara Brith was most welcoming, just had to wait for the shopping to arrive to have it with a cup of Tea. Beds extremely comfy and kitchen was well equipped, shower was fantastic after a day exploring in the wind. The multi stove was a warming relief and put out great heat. We can recommend going to the Ship inn and the local craft shop, also Porthgain well worth a visit and walk to blue lagoon before returning for posh fish and chips from the shed, didnât get a chance to sample the Sloop in but looked great. Would return to the cottage most happily

Davids. Only a short walk to the village pub, which was welcoming and served good pub food; a short drive away, and not to be missed, is The Shed at Porthgain with its excellent 'posh' fish and chips.
