Guests say

Bank House Farm is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its beautiful, rural setting with sea views and spacious, quirky interior. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and the thoughtful touches like games and Easter eggs. While some mention the beds could be more comfortable and the lounge furniture could be updated, the charm and character of the property, along with its peaceful location, make it a popular choice for a relaxing getaway.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with guests expressing satisfaction with the level of cleanliness upon arrival.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, proximity to beaches and local attractions, and stunning views, making it an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

While many guests find the farmhouse cosy and the beds comfortable, there are several mentions of the mattresses and lounge furniture being less so, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

The property is well-equipped with kitchen essentials, games, and utilities like a dishwasher and washing machine. However, some guests suggest the addition of more glasses, plates, and a better TV setup.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful gestures such as welcome packs and games for rainy days. While these are well-received, it is noted that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed with every stay.

St Davids, Wales'smallest city, lies at the far end of the south-west coast of Wales. The city is set within the Pembrokeshire National Park, and offers a good variety of shops, eateries, tearooms and pubs. There are sandy beaches nearby, and great walking and wildlife can be enjoyed from the nearby coastal path. Lovely to have two rooms to spread out in; kept one as a ‘quiet room’ for those not wanting to watch tv. Comfy beds; loved the Welsh wool blankets! Good position, handy for beaches and St David’s. This was our second time here.

Toilets & bathroom & shower room downstairs, headroom a bit small in bathroom but didn't bother us at all. Its not a modern holiday home and that was a plus for us. Outside area surrounded by beautiful views, cows as neighbours & lovely quiet country lane. Wifi wasnt perfect on tv but again, it didn't detract us, it's what you would expect from its location! Plenty of fridge & freezer space & kitchen parapherlania etc & parking space. The lady owner I spoke to on the phone was really nice and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area and wouldn't hesitate in staying/booking there again. Thank you once again to the owners

It was really cosy, warm, clean and comfortable and very peaceful. The kitchen had all the facilities that you could possibly need. There was plenty of space in the house and was decorated really well. It was close to most places with plenty of walks around. The Coastal path was really close with beautiful scenery and there were stunning sunsets seen from the back of the house. A trip to Ramsey Island is recommended. Would definitely return. Brilliant holiday.
