LunaRoxx is a well-received holiday cottage praised for its cleanliness, convenient location, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-stocked facilities and thoughtful touches, making it an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire's attractions. While minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking to return.
The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with only a few isolated incidents of overlooked details such as a full vacuum cleaner and marked towels. These appear to be exceptions in an otherwise high standard of cleanliness.
The cottage is well-regarded for its location, offering easy access to local shops, pubs, and tourist destinations. Its position outside major resorts is seen as advantageous for exploring the surrounding areas.
Guests find the property comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a homely atmosphere. Some feedback suggests additional seating might enhance comfort for larger groups.
Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen. However, points are deducted for maintenance issues such as a tricky front door, a broken mop bucket, and a full vacuum cleaner. The high placement of the TV and limited seating are also noted.
While some guests mention receiving milk and cake upon arrival, there is inconsistency in the provision of welcome gifts, and it is not a guaranteed amenity. Therefore, a score cannot be accurately provided.

One of Pembrokeshire's most gorgeous communities, Cresswell Quay, is located 2.4 miles from the rural community of Kilgetty. It is best described as a charming hamlet of dispersed houses along the edge of the tidal estuary. The historic quay, which still allows boats to anchor when the tide permits, is the main attraction. While there, you might want to stop by the Cresselly Arms for a quick snack. Just a short drive away from Tenby, this community has its own train station, as well as a variety of stores and pubs. The coastal towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby are close by and provide wonderful beaches, water sports, and boat tours to Caldey Island, which is home to a small community of monks and their monastery.

The house is large, bright & clean. The kitchen has every utensil you can wish for right down to an electric whisk. There are drink glasses for all occasions & there was an ice bucket too. The bed in the main bedroom is a double not a king-size as noted in the listing, but that bed was very comfortable, so much so that we didn't miss our own. Toothbrush holders would be useful in the bathrooms. There were 2 good, strong fast hairdryers available, which aren't mentioned in the listing, so another positive. The driveway is large & there is a cut-through to the street at the rear making shops, takeaways & train station easily reachable. The street was very clean & peaceful. There is no need to recycle your rubbish. The owners pay for a great service to do that, so everything goes in the kitchen bin & then the bags go in the outside bin. All in all a great house, location to amenities works & you can walk to Saundersfoot from the house. There is a farm shop loctaed on the A478 heading towards Tenby. It sells a very wide variety of fruit & veg There were also cakes, pies, cider and other goodies. I just wish we had found it earlier and that there was something like that closer to home. If you go to Saundersfoot, then the Harbwr bar & kitchen serves a great Welsh Cawl & chips to die for. In Tenby try Ronniz's Lounge and try the steak & Eggs, just gorgeous. We had a great time, the weather let us down but all the lovely Welsh people we met made up for that.

We had a lovely stay here as I was away for work but gave a nice homely feeling for my wife our 3month old and her mam to come away with me too Close to local amenities and plenty to do in the surrounding area Would stay here again either personally for a proper holiday home or as a base for working down this way again too

It was very well equipped throughout, everything was in good working order. Itâs well heated for the cooler evenings. We were extremely comfortable. We would happily return.
