3 Bridge Villas is a well-received cottage in Narberth, praised for its comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient location close to local attractions. Guests appreciate the homely feel and the property's suitability as a base for exploring South Wales. Some concerns were raised about water pressure and pet facilities, but overall stays were enjoyable with positive remarks about the property's cleanliness and the owner's helpfulness.

The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests finding it tidy and well-presented. However, a few guests mentioned it was a little dusty in places, which slightly impacts the score.

The location is highly regarded for its proximity to local attractions and the town centre. Some concerns about the busy road and lack of private outdoor space for pets slightly affect the score.

Guests find the beds and living areas very comfortable, contributing to a homely stay. A few comments about a collapsed sofa and an uneven bed slightly reduce the score.

The cottage is praised for being well-equipped, but issues with water pressure, inconsistent shower temperature, and lack of information on how to use appliances suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

Guests mention receiving a welcome bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, indicating thoughtfulness from the owner. However, it should be noted that such gestures are kind but not guaranteed for every stay.

We had not realised from the listing that there was no garden or that the bathroom was downstairs. Being on the side of the extremely busy road meant that it was worrying trying to take our dogs out to the toilet as the small fenced area was not really suitable for them. We found that the bed in the front room was very hard and uncomfortable and those sleeping the bed in the back room were woken up every time they moved as the bed was so noisy on the un-carpeted floor. We liked the cottage, just not where it was positioned so would not recommend it for dogs or children.
