Dono's Lodge is highly praised for its modernity, cleanliness, and prime location for local attractions. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, comfort, and quiet setting, with easy access to beaches and pubs. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of privacy are noted, the overall experience is very positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The lodge receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being clean and tidy upon arrival.
The location is appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to local attractions like Wiseman's Bridge and Saundersfoot, although one review mentioned a lack of privacy due to the central situation of the lodge.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with the lodge described as spacious and comfortable. However, one review mentioned an issue with shower temperature control and another cited damp in a bedroom, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are mostly praised, especially for being modern and well-equipped. However, points are deducted for reported maintenance issues like a broken shelf, an unpleasant odour in a bathroom, and the shower temperature problem.
While a welcome pack is mentioned positively in one review, there is not enough consistent information across reviews to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such amenities are not guaranteed.

One of Pembrokeshire's most gorgeous communities, Cresswell Quay, is located 2.4 miles from the rural community of Kilgetty. It is best described as a charming hamlet of dispersed houses along the edge of the tidal estuary. The historic quay, which still allows boats to anchor when the tide permits, is the main attraction. While there, you might want to stop by the Cresselly Arms for a quick snack. Just a short drive away from Tenby, this community has its own train station, as well as a variety of stores and pubs. The coastal towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby are close by and provide wonderful beaches, watersports, and boat tours to Caldey Island, which is home to a small community of monks and their monastery.

Very comfortable and in a good position on the site. The owners were very helpful with a small problem we had and it was soon rectified. I would definitely recommend this property. Hope to go back in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners for all your help.
