Guests say

Thorne Chapel is highly praised for its unique charm, comfort, and comprehensive amenities, making it a home away from home. Guests appreciate the dog-friendly touches, the secure garden, and the generous welcome packs. Its proximity to beautiful beaches and local attractions, along with the peaceful environment, contribute to a memorable stay. The property's cleanliness and the thoughtful provision of facilities, including a cinema system, are frequently commended, although some minor maintenance issues are noted.

The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with many guests highlighting the cleanliness as a positive aspect of their stay. There is a single mention of areas that could benefit from deeper cleaning, but this appears to be an isolated comment within the overall positive feedback.

The location is celebrated for its tranquillity and proximity to stunning beaches, walks, and local attractions. The presence of a nearby tank range is mentioned, but it does not significantly detract from the overall positive experience of the location.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and living spaces. There is a single negative comment regarding a mattress, but this is outweighed by the numerous positive remarks about the property's comfort.

The facilities, including the kitchen and entertainment system, are generally well-received. However, there are a few mentions of maintenance issues such as the oven not heating properly and the complexity of the cinema system, which slightly affect the score.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating the welcome packs for both humans and dogs. While these gifts are warmly received, it is noted that such gestures, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Comfortable house where you can relax wirh dogs and had everything we could want. Well stocked kitchen and towels and beach towels provided which was a great help. Nice and out of the way but near enough to great beaches so you don't have to be in the car for long. We'd definitely book again.
