Water always hot. Like previous feedback the sofa was uncomfortable but double bed and pillows were nice and firm. Good size bedrooms. The light wasn't working in the bathroom but after contacting the owners this was fixed a few days later. Some polite suggestions A small welcome basket would of been nice. Baking sheets/trays would of be good as only one large deep baking tray. A dishwasher instead of a washing machine?? A spatula Decent kitchen scissors. There was some with flowers on but more suitable for cutting paper. Lots of plates/cups glasses other utensils and cutlery etc which was good as don't want to spend your holiday always washing up!! Appreciate the cottage was dog friendly. Good base for Saundersfoot, Tenby, Haverford West, Fishguard, Carmathen. Thank you for a good stay at Primrose cottage.

Had a few issues, utensils are not good need replacing, bowls got cracks in them, microwave rusty so wouldn't use it. Positive side it is a lovely cottage to stay

It is an ideal size for 2-4 people and of course dog friendly. The welcome pack of milk, biscuits and chocolate was much appreciated. The potential for it being an ideal holiday home is great. the seaside decor and pictures etc are wonderful. There were plenty of towels provided. However there were several things which were very disappointing for the price we paid. The double bedroom bed linen was old and bobbly and smelt sour. The fitted sheet did not stretch over the mattress fully and came half way down the sides. We didn't use the double bed but I am sure the bottom sheet would have been in a heap in the middle by morning. The light switch in the double bedroom was broken. There was a table lamp. The ceiling light socket was broken in the twin bedroom but again there was a table lamp. The bed linen in there was really nice. The shower head would not stay up and repeatedly flopped down so that the shower ran down the corner of the bath and not into the bath to enable standing under it. The sofa in the lounge was so worn and uncomfortable and seemed to be missing the original back cushions. There were several scatter cushions but it was not possible to sit back comfortably and have your legs bent and feet on the floor. The vertical blinds on the lounge window were broken. We were not able to recycle as the bags did not seem to correlate with the list in the kitchen. There was one black bin bag in the kitchen bin. The outside bin and recycling boxes and bags had been put as a sort of barricade at the bottom of the steps up to the washing line, presumably by a previous guest. This may possibly have been because the back top fence of the garden had a slat of the fence which had come out and was lying on the floor. The gap was wide enough for our little dog to get through but we watched him when he was in the garden and didn't let him go up there. There were no dog hairs or signs of a dog being there which was very good. The cottage could be really good with some TLC and freshening up and maintenance on the broken items.
