24 Rhodewood House is a well-regarded apartment in Saundersfoot, praised for its cleanliness, modern comforts, and sea views. Guests appreciate its proximity to the beach and local amenities, though some mention a steep hill. The property is celebrated for its high-quality furnishings and the convenience of covered parking and a lift. While most reviews are positive, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and low sofas, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The majority of guests found the apartment to be very clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as finding long dark hairs and a bad drain smell, which suggests occasional lapses in cleanliness.
The apartment's location is highly praised for its quiet setting with sea views and easy access to Saundersfoot, the beach, and coastal walks. The steep hill on the return walk is noted, but it does not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback on location.
Guests generally find the apartment comfortable, with a luxurious feel and modern amenities. However, several reviews mention that the sofas are uncomfortably low, which has affected the comfort score.
Facilities are well-regarded, with guests appreciating the well-equipped apartment, sea views, and covered parking. Some minor issues were reported, such as problems with the dishwasher and TV reception, but these were not widespread concerns.
While some guests mentioned welcome gifts such as a bottle of milk or wine, there is not enough consistent information about the provision of such gifts to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that welcome gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.

A short walk (although a hilly one) brought us into Saundersfoot harbour, with all the amenities, shops, cafes, bars etc. It was really a lovely place to spend a week, and the local beach was a nice place to spend a day, weather permitting. The only downside I would say is that the apartment block needs a bit of TLC, and some of the fittings in the duplex itself need some attention. Prospective holiday makers beware that no welcome pack is provided, not even a handful of tea bags or a pint of milk, which Iâve never had before, so come fully prepared!

Great location to explore Pembrokeshire

The flat is well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. We particularly enjoyed the sea view from the balcony.
