Nestled down a quiet country lane, just paces from the village centre of Saundersfoot and with pleasant walks from the door, is this lovely dormer bungalow. The accommodation is located next to the owner's home, a stone's throw from the golden beach and sweeping crescent-shaped bay, hosting inspiring views out to sea. The interior plays host to a spacious lounge, where you can relax the evening away with a hot cup of tea and the company of your loved ones. An attractive feature fireplace rests within a stone surround, while the wood flooring is decorated with a plush rug taking centre stage. For some quiet times, move into the conservatory next door with your favourite book, where the outdoors can be enjoyed all year-round. Rustle up a delicious meal in the kitchen, which is adjoined by a handy utility and cloakroom, and dine together at the large dining table set for six. Completing this charming property is a ground floor twin and double bedroom, followed by a spacious shower room featuring a large walk-in shower. On a warm afternoon, you can retreat to the patio with a glass of something cold and enjoy the lovely scenery flourishing around you. A short stroll will bring you to all the delights of Saundersfoot centre, including shops, pubs and eateries, as well as its vibrant harbour and Blue Flag beach.
