The Cowshed in Pembrokeshire is highly praised for its superb location near the coast, offering stunning sea views and proximity to scenic walks. Guests appreciate the clean, comfortable, and well-furnished accommodation, often highlighting the thoughtfulness of a welcome basket. While most experiences are positive, a few guests noted minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found The Cowshed to be clean and comfortable. However, there were isolated incidents where guests encountered cleanliness issues upon arrival, such as unclean kitchen areas and the need to clean some items themselves.

The location is consistently lauded for its stunning sea views and proximity to the Wales Coastal Path, with guests enjoying the natural beauty and sunsets. The location is deemed excellent for walking and exploring the area.

Guests generally found the property comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. There were some comments about the sofas not being comfortable and difficulties with the front door, which could affect the comfort of the stay.

The reviews provide mixed feedback on facilities and maintenance. While some guests were satisfied with the amenities, others reported missing items like an iron and issues with the front door seal. Due to the lack of consistent reviews specifically addressing facilities and maintenance, a score cannot be accurately provided.

Guests often mention a welcome basket, which adds a thoughtful touch to their stay. It's important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed and may vary.

This cottage has a great location with access to a small cove and the coastal path just a short walk from the cottage. There is plenty of outdoor space and a garden for guests. The owner is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We visited the Ship Inn for meals which is a friendly and busy pub and also walked to the Sloop Inn on the coastal path for lunch, both were lovely. The TV reception and wi-fi were not good while we stayed and both were unavailable on many occasions, mobile phone signal was generally ok.

Fabulous location, within a short walk through fields of both Trefin and Porthgain so we thoroughly enjoyed popping down to The Shed for exquisite fish and chips! Great cottage - seriously thinking of returning for another epic holiday in wonderful Pembrokeshire.
