Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washer/dryer and drinks fridge, handy for storing your beverages for when you soak up the sun in the outside areas. The private rear outdoor area has space for eating and socialising, whilst sat amongst mature planting. Tenby is part of the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the Gulf Stream warms the water and the county is one of the sunniest in the United Kingdom. This lovely town is surrounded by mediaeval walls and has a maze of cobblestone alleys with a variety of unique stores, an indoor locally sourced food market, tea rooms, and delicious eateries. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for!
